Powder pneumatic conveying pump
The pneumatic conveying requirements of this system are as follows:
1:2 repositories. Horizontal conveying distance is 30 meters, conveying height is about 9 meters, conveying output: 15-20T/h is calculated according to transportation after filling tank. The conveying material is quartz powder, its bulk density is 1.02: conveying gas source is centralized gas supply. The gas source for each material is 12 m3/min and the pressure is 0.7 Mpa.
3: Each material transportation is an independent system, using an intelligent control system - independent control cabinet.
4: The gas source uses centralized gas supply, and a 6 m3 gas storage tank is set up uniformly on the spot (the initial gas storage tank is provided by the customer).
5: The system needs pulse dust collector specifications: filter area: 7m2, filter air volume 950-1200m3/h.
6: In this design, there are two systems, two pumps and two pipes, two sets of pipes.
7: This system uses stainless steel SU304. Pump.
